Casa Nova offers an ideal setting for those who prefer to be within easy reach of shops and restaurants. The villa occupies a lovely hillside setting with commanding views across the old town of Silves and towards the Monchique mountains in the distance. Casa Nova offers privacy in an established residential area.

The villa has a mature garden with various shrubs and trees. The private swimming pool has ample relaxation and leisure areas. The barbecue has a fridge nearby. There is also a cloakroom near the pool which includes a w.c. and hand basin. The breakfast terrace is ideal to take advantage of the morning sun.

Silves is an historic Algarvian town and both the XII century castle and old cathedral can be seen from Casa Nova. You are able to walk from Casa Nova into Silves and a taxi would be very cheap back up the hill again. About 5 euros.

Due to the position of the villa there is a steep drop to one side of the pool area which may not be suitable for families with young children.

The spacious accommodation comprises:-

The villa has heating for the cooler winter months with a log fire and radiators.

The villa is comfortably furnished. and has a log fire for winterand radiators for winter.

A car is recommended.

The nearest coastal resort, Carvoeiro, is only10 minutes by car. Apart from some lovely beaches and coves, Carvoeiro offers a choice of golf courses, tennis courts and coaching.
There is a riding school a few kilometres from the villa.
