Well equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and hob with both gas and electric rings. There is a fridge freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle and coffee maker.

The sitting room is comfortably furnished with a log burning fire. Large flat screen television with free to view satellite channels. Both CD and DVD player are provided.

Bedroom 1 with the option of either twin or double bedroom. Full en-suite bathroom. Patio doors lead to the sitting terrace which overlooks the pool.

Bedroom 2 is a twin bedded room with patio doors leading to the terrace overlooking the pool.

Bedroom 3 is a twin bedded room with patio doors leading to the pool terrace.

There is a shared bathroom for bedrooms 2 and 3 comprising, bath, bath shower, hand basin, bidet and toilet.

The villa has a safe.

Plenty of free standing fans provided.

Household linen and towels provided including beach towels.

Villa cleaning.

N.B. The villa owners request that guests do not smoke in the villa.

OUTSIDE:

The 11 x 5 metre pool varies in depth from 1.10 – 2.20 metres with graduated step entry. The pool is heated and has the benefit of an outside shower.

Carvoeiro is noted for its wide choice of restaurants offering friendly service with a good choice of local and international dishes. A wide variety of interesting shops adds to the atmosphere of this delightful small town.
